Kyuzo Renniel had just been walking around the grounds when he heard a splash at the lake. He turned and saw a hand soon submerge. From the other side of the lake, he heard Iris shout out Remus' name. His eyes widened and without thinking dove down to save him. He was wearing his school robes and swam toward the squid that held Remus down. He took out his wand and casted a Stunning Spell to the tentacles and swam over to Remus and brought him back to the surface.

He had gone ashore with Remus and pressed on his chest to let out what water was still in his mouth. Seeing Remus cough out some, he sighed in relief and kneeled back to let him breath.

Remus had fluttered his eyes open and saw Kyuzo when he had a chance to sit up. "Thank you," Remus said gratefully, nodding to Kyuzo as he saw Iris running towards him.
